Warranty Policy

1. If there are quality problems within warranty period after you receive DUX DUCIS products, please send us the problem describtions, pictures and even videos, we will send you free new products with the same standard by next shipment.

2. If the free new products still can’t work, we will refund to you or send you a credit note, you may use the credit for your next order.

3. Proofs of last order and payment are necessary when you claim the warranty.

Warranty Policy Doesn’t Cover:

1. Normal wear and tear

2. Damaged by rough handling, such as using sharp kit to stab our product, bending, etc.

3. Stored in a extreme environment, such as moisture, high temperature, fire, etc.

4. Force majeure

Warranty Period:

2. Electronic products: 60 days (USB cable, charger, etc.)
