Question from Pirvinnesh Suntharam of Malaysia: I recently bought a Dux Ducis iPad 9th Gen case in Lazada Malaysia (Authentic Dux Ducis store ofc). The first day and a few days after that was my only use of the keyboard after purchase. After that, I didn’t use the keyboard that much also. When I charged it and try to turn it on, it says no battery. I thought it was not fully charged and tried the same thing the next day. Same results. It hasn’t even been two months after purchase.
